Straight answers

Questions HR & office managers ask

Two inputs: how many people are on the floor that day, and how long you want the bar open. Oat milk, syrups and decaf are inside that figure, so there is nothing to reconcile afterward when the invoice reaches accounting. Send the date and a headcount and you will have a number back usually the same day.
No. The cart carries its own battery bank and its own water, so a break room, a warehouse floor or a spot in the parking lot all work the same way. Nothing goes through facilities.
Yes. There is no guest minimum. A twenty-person team gets the same standard as a two-hundred-person floor, priced on service hours rather than a headcount minimum.
Yes. We invoice through Square and can provide a W-9 and the insurance paperwork your AP team asks for. Send over whatever your AP team needs and it gets handled on our end.
As soon as you have a date in mind. Appreciation weeks tend to cluster on the same few weeks each year, so the earlier we hear from you the easier it is to lock in the slot you want.

An hour and a hallway is genuinely enough.

You do not have to clear a space or book a room for this. The cart needs a level spot with room to stand behind it, and nothing at all from your facilities team.
